The service at this hotel was impeccable, I never had to touch a door handle during my entire stay. The rooms were spacious and the bed was large, luxurious, and comfortable. The duvet was the best I've ever used. The bathroom was modern with quality finishing's and had a very good shower. The amenities provided were abundant and included toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, and comb. The staff were extremely polite, professional, friendly, and well-groomed. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle bus that saved me the trouble of buying metro tickets.

The hotel is situated in a great location, away from the intensity of the busy downtown streets yet close enough to walk to all restaurants and shopping. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to its cleanliness and great facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional, with special mentions to Matthew Kum, who anticipated my needs without even asking. Additionally, the breakfast spread was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the gym, pool, and entertainment center. The location was convenient, close to a train station and bus stop. We were able to easily explore the city's attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating all of our requests. The free breakfast and club access were outstanding, with a daily afternoon tea and happy hour with canapes. The views of the harbor and city were breathtaking. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
