We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with daily housekeeping and complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we were especially impressed with the close proximity to Causeway Bay station and the shopping areas. Additionally, there were numerous convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making it extremely convenient for us to explore and dine in this vibrant city.

The hotel's location near Causeway Bay was fantastic, with shops and food just a short walk away. Being on the harbour side added to the overall appeal. Additionally, the staff, especially Lorri at the evening reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure I felt at ease during my late check-in and even provided assistance with entering the keycode for the main entrance. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a quiet and comfortable room that had a mini fridge and freezer. The luggage storage service offered by the hotel was convenient and greatly appreciated.

The hotel's location on the harbour side provided stunning views of the bay and easy access to the promenade. Being near the metro station and close to the MTR made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Moreover, we were pleased to find that this hotel was close to everything we needed, including supermarkets for food and drinks and a bustling shopping district. The staff were also amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
